I can't believe how poor the check-in process was! We informed the hotel of our late arrival, yet the staff insisted we never called ahead. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, the gentleman at the desk was repeatedly rude and dismissive, suggesting that I should have done more. I showed him proof of our reservation, but this only fueled his combative attitude. It was frustrating to deal with such a lack of professionalism after a long journey.

The room, sheets, and towels were clean and fresh.

No bathtubs. Shower head is too high in shower with no detachable shower massage. No safe in the room. The premium price you are being charged for the breakfast buffet is not worth the money. If you have a burned out bulb in your room like I did you will have to persist for more than one day to get. A replacement or go buy one yourself.

We enjoyed our two-night stay with spacious rooms perfect for a family. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially waking up early to grab a quick meal before our flight. Pro tip, check the pool for shade later in the day if you're traveling in summer.

Nice hotel with great wi-fi, a comfortable outdoor pool, and a fitness center. The staff provided local info during my first stay, which I still appreciate. I'll be back for my next city break!

I was thrilled with how close we were to Old Town Clovis, perfect for strolls filled with shopping and dining, as well as the beautiful Sierra National Forest, ideal for a quick nature escape. Being really helpful with local recommendations.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with an excellent breakfast, the refrigerator and that's great. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly from arrival to departure.
